Collective agreements
Your collective agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities at work. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please talk to your steward or a member of the executive.
The interim collective agreement applies to all CUPE 7070 members for the pieces that are covered by it, including seniority and job postings:
Until there is a new agreement, the rest of your working conditions are covered by your previous agreement - if you're not sure which agreement applies to you, talk to your steward or contact us.
Bylaws
Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run.

Pensions
Pensions for CUPE 7070 members are negotiated at the bargaining table, and provided through the OMERS pension plan. If you have concerns about your pension and can't get good answers from the employer, talk to your steward or a member of the executive.
